so i wouldnt recommend this combination.īut in SCW, if you play with anti-air veteran, denied artillery and denied air are literally free points. I never tried denied traits and limited stock, but im pretty sure you wont get any new stockpiles of the start units with it. Yes you keep the 3 strat bombers from mission 2. Do you get to keep the bombers in Malaga? I’ve never played with one of the “denied” traits. ![]() Good point-I didn’t stop to think that you would get the same starting units. You can deploy and repair that stuff.Īnd you can buy captured equipment aswell. Means 3 10cm guns 3 fighters, 3 dive bombers and 1 recon. Well you have the artillery and planes from the starting army. SCW will be wicked hard without artillery or air support. That's some of my thinking process for my options. Now how these commander options work for the 1939, 1940, etc., I don't know. After I got two heroes, where one retreated & the other surrendered enemy units together, the game was so easy and boring I had to restart over. My biggest thorn is Inefficient Supply, seeing my units run out of supply, mostly my recon vehicles, well a nice touch, and adds a nice increase in difficulty for me.įorce Dispersion, is basically free, to stop myself from doing OP hero combinations, that make the game too easy. I have tried Fear of the Unknown, but found I needed more recon unit (air & ground), and Meticulous Planning, to overcome it. The two fighters were mainly used to defend the bombers or finish off an enemy aircraft. I reversed one of the fighters to get two more 2cm AA. The core force definitely moves faster, and the extra Italians helps a lot, Auxiliary Force maybe too strong. ![]() I just finished the first 3 scenarios, and completed the all objectives (a first) in the 3rd scenario in 14 turns at general difficulty. I do use overstrength to a level where it does not increase its core slot size. This is the first time I used Flexible Command, and it greatly helps in capturing. ![]() With the above setup, I would rely on captured Artillery.
